Ensuring the Finest Grind for Superior Watercolours

As part of our expanding quality control process, we are introducing new measures to refine our paints further—something you’ll be hearing more about in the coming year.

One key aspect of this process is measuring the fineness of the grind, which helps detect any coarse particles in the paint. This step is crucial in maintaining the exceptional quality of our Professional Watercolours.

Each batch undergoes thorough milling until it reaches the correct particle size from our original formulation. This level of refinement ensures:

  • Enhanced Colour Uniformity – Preventing inconsistencies in tone
  • Improved Gloss & Opacity – Ensuring rich, even coverage
  • Superior Performance – Delivering smooth, effortless application

By achieving the optimal fineness of grind, we uphold the highest standards for colour brilliance and consistency, making sure every brushstroke meets the expectations of professional artists.

Stay tuned as we continue to refine and elevate our processes!
